yesterday my friend described her (partial) departure from social media as "coming down the other side of a mountain" and i think thats so lovely. i dont plan on deleting but im also trying to not be on here so much since its not nearly as fun as it used to be, its mostly jut upsetting. so yeah with any luck im gonna be less active on here and more active in my real life. im coming down off the mountain too
ive started washing my dishes right after using them instead of leaving them for later (inspired by my girlfriend) and its so surprisingly nice. i never have to feel bad about there being a fuck ton of dishes in the sink now cuz if there is theyre all my roommates and therefore his responsibility. must recommend

(tmi poopoo warning) i have this horrible problem where on a subconscious level i am uncomfortable in bathrooms in general, including my own (this has been revealed to me in many dreams) so i can be like ready to shit my pants but when i go to the bathroom nothing happens. then if i go to my bedroom i can just do it right there in my clothes like its nothing. this is not a nice problem to have!
