Meet the Fish Lady
Hi I am Babsalot (my nickname of course). I startrd this blog to talk about my tanks and tell fish stories and also to discuss products. A big reason too is to have a platform to change the way fish are kept in stores that sale live fish but don't give a shit to take care of them. I like discussions, love reading others opinions and always open to better ways of doing things respectively of course.
I am 38 yrs old and four years into a relationship with a great man. We live together and love our fish together. I am assistant manager at a restaurant working front of house and working all the time. I love my job though so I don't mind. When not working, I also love to read and am a home body if at all possible. I am makeup obsessed and spend as much on quality makeup as I do fish supplies. I'm a positive laid back girl who knows that life can suck but if you make the best of it and do the right things, it's not that bad. That's who I am in a brief summary. A girl that dreamed of furry pets and kids but ended up with fish as my only children thankfully. So my life is pretty dang great!
