The First Time: Hillary wanted to test her flexibility with Garrus’ reach, when the time game and they were about to board the Collector ship he was prepared with wine and well—a not so great looking suit (Hey, Hillary happens to dig the plain white button down with slacks thing). After a moment of clarity and realizing what would happen, they touched and shared their first kiss Garrus would never forget.
Over A Chess Game: This occurred when Garrus and Hillary were relaxing with a game of chess. Garrus always found Hillary to be incredibly sexy but watching her think and strategically move her pieces always roused a fruitful desire within him, so he kissed her—interrupting the game.
The Second Meeting: Hillary found a way back into Garrus’ life and he knew they would never be separated. Although he asked if their relationship was still standing while calibrating the ship’s gun, Hillary assured him that he was the only man for her—presenting him with a seal by her lips.
Wedding Bells: The time came when the galaxy felt safe enough to finally tie the knot, Hillary in her elegant gown and Garrus nervously shifted in his tux. When he saw his wife walk down the aisle traditionally like times before his heart thumped, he wasn’t sure if he was going to even make it. Once the Volus officiator announced they were husband and wife Garrus thought his knees were going to give out, feeling faint. Luckily his wife was there to catch him and kiss him in a loving embrace.
The First Born: When the baby was born, Hillary was asleep. He didn’t want to disturb her but he couldn’t resist how beautiful she looked on the medical bed. Hillary didn’t wear any make-up, her hair tied back and her natural hair color—brunette—made her face look full and peaceful. As he held their child he leaned in to kiss her, glad she had made it—through everything they’ve accomplished.

She wasn't waking up.
Hillary hadn't gotten any sleep ever since running into Ashley on the Citadel, Udina fooling them all. Shepard didn't shoot the soldier she saved on Eden Prime--why would she? Things hadn't been the same since the beginning Garrus had noticed, but why would they be? There were so many questions he asked himself as he laid beside the woman he had fallen in love with not-so-shortly after their second greatest encounter. He had considered her as a great ally upon joining her crew, boarding the Normandy and stopping Saren from advancing any further with his Geth and destroying all that was in this galaxy. The Citadel suffered, many died heroically during the war but he, he survived right along side Shepard. Garrus could remember the Turian's body shed into a mutated and synthetic being, his face haunting. Once it was over everything felt at ease. Life was getting better and yet they still had many thing to take care of. Then there was the Collector Ship...
Garrus slid out of bed after pushing away her hair behind her ear as she slept on her side, he went to go get her water. Deliberating turning the nozzle up high for heavy pressure so that maybe she might wake.
Omega. He was Archangel and she was a ghost. Garrus probably wouldn't had survived the three major mercenary groups if it wasn't for her. Though, he held them off pretty well until she came, but the face he saw when he was dying on the floor of that room... He saw her face, and he knew he had loved her.
