I need to reach as many people who are willing and able to give a chance on my patreon, the long explanation will be under a readmore but the TLDR is that I will be deported back to the USA (from the UK) if I don't meet the £5k immigration fees needed to renew my visa, and will never be able to get settlement/citizenship if I do not make £12.5k annually under the current rules.

Hence the reason for patreon specific goals and not just a kofi goal or similar fundraiser.

I ran a similar event in February called Breed that Bhaalspawn but we didn't hit any monetary goals so I'm doing a less oc centric event this time around!

🩸I don't get deported back the USA to an abusive family and a fascist country. I have a husband, three cats, and a very lovely in law family here in the UK.

All you have to do is reblog here on tumblr, and/or become a patron if you have the means to. I cannot stress enough that I will either get deported or be completely unable to become a citizen if I do not meet my goals. It's either this or shelve my artist career, and I do not want to and should not have to do that simply because I fell in love with a UK citizen.

To put it bluntly I am a trans, disabled, and Jewish artist that has been traumatized by the system and the other 'normal' jobs I've held while being in the UK and otherwise. It's a common occurrence unfortunately. I have chronic pain that makes it difficult to exist without using a cane, especially in a retail job setting. I was harassed at my last job for this reason. I do not want to mask socially, endure crippling pain, mental breakdowns, etc to survive, I already do that when I simply leave the house. Being an artist and working from home has been a godsend, especially with my recent health issues and my husband's health issues that may eventually require hospitalisation.

I understand I am not really unique in the system, but unfortunately the system has changed its rules and I need to exhaust all my resources. Under the new right wing tightening of the UK immigration rules I must earn my right to settlement, but also give the government a shit ton of money + earn the equivalent of a full time job annually (£12570 to be exact). They've increased the amount of time for waiting on settlement for all immigrants from 5-10+ years, for me it would have been 15 years (I'm a medium skilled worker, anything outside of a teacher, doctor, etc is considered medium and not high skilled) but I have been here for 5 years, am open to volunteering which apparently takes 3-5 years off my 'journey', and am married to a UK citizen -- SO it will only be another added 5 years to citizenship/settlement IF I can earn £12.5k a year, instead of an added 10.

The job market is awful, I highly doubt I will get a remote position anywhere, I don't have reliable transportation to and from work and can't spend a shit ton on taxis, etc etc. it would be easier on me and everyone else involved, if I were to stay doing my freelance art job. But that means I need help making this money.

All I want to do is draw my blorbos getting railed and make comics that are nice to look at and read. Please help me make that a reality, otherwise I will have to shelve this all and that is...incredibly upsetting. Devastating even.
