As an artist, i like drawing people i like and if i think it's good enough, I'll give it to the person. So, what would the cast's reaction be if they caught their darling drawing them? or if their darling gave them the drawing.
also, let me know if im annoying you with all these asks, i don't want you to feel overwhelmed or anything
Don't worry, you're not annoying me with the asks, it's fun to answer them in my free time!!
TW: Delusion (not related to the reader shockingly), suggestive
How would the characters react to their partner cheating on them? like they go to find their darling and they find them making out with someone.
Yikes... this gets very dark. I wrote a lot because there's a lot to say about this scenario.
Not recommended for sensitive readers, there's no shame in not reading something if you don't want to be triggered.
TW: Murder, graphic gore, kidnapping, torture, harm towards reader, reader death, corpse keeping, suicide, death threats, self harm, suggestive (?)
Are there any characters you struggle to write? either generally or their yandere version
For just in general, I would definitely say characters without much screentime or characterization in the show itself. Or ones that have inconsistent characterization, since it's still easy to write for background characters if they have a consistent character.
Specific examples would probably be Clyde (he's just... some guy, I'm sorry Clyde fans), Red, and most of the other girls since they're unfortunately usually just lumped together by the show and not given distinct personalities.
For yandere versions, the hardest characters to write are the ones that have very few bad moments/flaws in the actual show itself.
It's hard to write for Tolkien, Jimmy, Nichole, and Pip because... they've been angels pretty much the entire show, what negative traits am I supposed to exaggerate? I still find it pretty fun to write for these characters though, it's a nice challenge.
Even though I find it a bit harder to write for them, I still enjoy writing for these characters :]
Discussion question: What do you think about Tweek with an anxious darling?
I imagine that they bonded over both being anxious, connecting in ways others haven't before, even if they aren't anxious in the same ways.
I can see them helping each other, supporting each other during tough moments and helping the other do things they wouldn't be able to otherwise do.
But they might also make each other worse, compounding their fears and thoughts, causing them to distance themselves from others because they think that they can only trust the other. In addition, i can see that if his darling takes steps to get better, Tweek thinks that if they get better, they won't need him around anymore and he sabotages they're attemps at improvement.
Tweek and an anxious darling would definitely be in their own little bubble away from anyone else, their anxiety bouncing off each other until they're both completely isolated from others. Since there's no one there to balance things out, they repeat their fears to each other and start to believe them more and more.
They become ride or die, and if his darling ever tries to get help or reconnect with others, Tweek will simply reinforce their anxiety and make it so that they're too scared to leave. The moment he catches wind of his darling trying to improve, he will immediately take action to make them worse out of fear that they'll move on from him as well.
On a more wholesome note, they definitely would help each other with their anxiety and Tweek's darling may even be able to help him get off the laced coffee.
All in all, Tweek with an anxious darling is an interesting but unstable pairing and his darling is majorly screwed in it. The paranoid thoughts shared between them will stick so hard that his darling won't even consider the possibility of leaving.
really liked your most recent writing, so here's a quick drawing i drew for it. Hope you like it!
Omg this is so cool tytyty!! 💚💚
I love the perspective and colors of this sm, it looks really great!!
I'm glad you liked the fic, I kinda just wrote it on a whim the night before April Fools because I remembered it was a holiday (sort of) lol
Thankfully, I will have this next week off, which I will use to quickly answer the shorter asks I have in my inbox and then to rapid fire bigger fics :D
love the way you write Clyde, has me cackling everytime
Ty, I just cannot take him seriously no matter how hard I try to ToT
That boy is a pathetic creature that will paw at your door and cry if you ever ignored him
What do you think makes a yandere, a yandere? Is it the obsession? The willingness for violence? Just, the vibes?
I would say that the yandere trope in my mind is mostly defined by the unhealthy obsession (romantic or platonic) and extreme behavior that it causes. Since I don't think all yandere characters would be too violent, I don't think that would be a qualifier, although it is a common trait.
I think the majority of the yandere x reader community has moved away from the original definition of a yandere mostly, and I'm kinda grateful for that. I'm glad that there's more room to explore different types of yanderes now that the definition isn't as rigid.
