Bloonie, Water/Poison type
Bloonie makes it's habitat near oil spills. It uses the pollution as camouflage against predators.
Evolves as level 25
This is one of three pokemon sprites I'm planning to do! all that's left is an evolution for this one (Blootroleum) and one non-evolving pokemon based on O.S.Wa.L.D. (which will be an Electric/Poison type!)
