Enjoy a burst of flavors with these BLTA Pork Wraps, which have juicy pork chops, crispy bacon, and a mix of fresh vegetables. This wrap is very simple to make and tastes great with its salty, crunchy, and cool ingredients!
Ingredients: 4 boneless pork chops. Salt and black pepper, to taste. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 8 slices bacon, cooked until crispy. 4 large lettuce leaves. 2 tomatoes, sliced. 1 avocado, sliced. Mayonnaise, for spreading. 4 large flour tortillas.
Instructions: Add salt, black pepper, and garlic powder to the pork chops. The pork chops should be cooked in a skillet over medium-high heat until they reach an internal temperature of 145F 63C. Take them out of the pan and let them rest for a few minutes before cutting them. Put the wraps together: Spread a little mayonnaise on each of the flour tortillas and set them out on the table. Start by putting a lettuce leaf on each tortilla. Then add bacon, tomato, avocado, and cooked pork slices. Spread the tortillas out flat, then fold the sides in to make wraps. Cut each wrap in half diagonally, and if you need to, use toothpicks to keep them together. The BLTA Pork Wraps should be served right away.
