Chicken Fiesta Bake is a flavorful and easy-to-make dish that combines tender chicken breasts with zesty salsa and melted cheese. It's perfect for a quick weeknight dinner or for entertaining guests.
Ingredients: 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. 1 cup salsa. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/2 cup sour cream. 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro. 1 teaspoon ground cumin. 1 teaspoon chili powder. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 teaspoon onion powder. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 190C 375F. In a baking dish, put chicken breasts. Put cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Spread the chicken breasts out evenly by pouring the salsa mixture over them. Put it in an oven that's already hot and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked. Shred some cheddar cheese and sprinkle it on top of the chicken after taking it out of the oven. Put it back in the oven and bake for five more minutes, or until the cheese melts and the sauce bubbles. Add a dollop of sour cream and chopped cilantro on top of the hot dish to serve.
