With this BBQ burger made on the Blackstone Griddle, you can taste what Texas is like. The juicy beef patties are covered in barbecue sauce, topped with cheddar cheese, and decorated with crispy fried onions to make a Country Western burger that tastes great.
Ingredients: 1 pound ground beef. 1/4 cup barbecue sauce. 4 hamburger buns. 4 slices cheddar cheese. 1/2 cup crispy fried onions. 4 lettuce leaves. 4 tomato slices. 4 pickles. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Set your Blackstone Griddle's heat to medium-high. Shape the ground beef into 4 burger patties that are all the same size. Add pepper and salt. Put the burger patties on the hot griddle and cook for three to four minutes on each side, or until they're done the way you like them. Brush each patty with barbecue sauce and top with a slice of cheddar cheese in the last minute of cooking. Let the cheese melt. While the patties are cooking, put the hamburger buns on the griddle and grill them until they are golden brown. Put a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each bun before putting the burgers together. Add a burger patty, a tomato slice, a pickle, and a lot of crispy fried onions on top. If you want, add more barbecue sauce and then put the top bun on top of the stack. Enjoy the tastes of the Lone Star State with your Texas BBQ burgers while they're still hot.
