If you can get your hands on the Season 2 Blu-Ray boxset I highly recommend it (it is expensive, so I understand if you can’t). The behind the sofas are great and the interview with Maureen O’Brien is very fascinating.
She is very honest and forthright, about herself and especially William Hartnell (she makes it clear he was a bitter and rage filled bigot who she basically had to emotionally manage a lot of the time).
One thing I found interesting was her using the whole “hate the sin, love the sinner” about Hartnell’s racism.
On the one hand because people are complicated creatures but also because you always hear that rhetoric about being gay so hearing that turn of phrase be applied TO bigotry rather than BY a bigot was, well, a bit surreal.
It is about her whole career, not just Doctor Who (which was like a year of her life) so I highly recommend!
