Best Quality: A fast girl that no one can catch and a good hider that is rarely seen.

Mini Bio: Although I have had this lovely lady for 2 years (and it feels like I bought her like last week), she is such a cryptic that nothing can really be said of her personality-wise. I had purchased her as a breeding pair with a lovely rooster named Bobby Blue. Sadly, a few days after I purchased the two, Bobby Blue died from pneumonia. This was my first instance of pneumonia-related chicken death, so I was unprepared and did not know what he had until my sumatra pair I bought later went through the same thing. So once her partner died, she really had no real reason to be kept for breeding. None of my other roosters chickens were purebred at the time, so she got tossed into the mutt group. Before Bobby Blue died, I had put some of the most game-looking hens into the area with them for breeding. Once Bobby Blue died, I hatched out eggs in hopes that at least one would be from Violet, and all would be of Bobby Blue. I am highly doubtful any of the chickens from that batch were even from either chicken, but the closest to blue games we got were Georgette and Graham, but both are more brown-orange than red. Oh well. Violet was once dubbed ‘Violent Violet’ as she stayed with some hens that she constantly abused. But, when I bought my sumatras, I moved her in there to attempt to get some cool sumatra-blue mixes. I do not think she laid any eggs for the entirety she was in there, and two sumatras chased her around and pecked at her. Ever since then, Violet is non-aggressive and is very skiddish. She has, however, had some luck with chicks! Although she did not raise them herself, I bred her and a hen named Winston with my sumatra rooster Macbeth and got 8 lovely sumatra game mixes from them! Violet is the plausible mother for any of them, and they are all now fully grown and beautiful. Violet is now a part of the free range flock, and is enjoying her time hiding in the woods and only coming out when I bring food.
