It's a Web Exclusive, so it would seem whatever price people are selling him for are to cover middleman expenses.

Bandai have also put up SH Figuarts Blue Stinger Beetleborg from Big Bad Beetleborgs (aka Blue Beet from Juukou B-Fighter).  Really nice to see this guy be made, hopefully all the main Beetleborgs will get the SH Figuarts treatment (it doesn't make sense not to).
