A few years back, I was pretty obsessed with a young artist going under the moniker, Blue Boats, who dropped a couple of stellar tracks and went on hiatus. The artist is back working on new projects, but also cleaning out the closet on some previous sounds that never made their way to release. The first is the warm and airy slice of gorgeous synth pop, “I Can Keep Things to Myself”, which immediately reminds me of why I was so in love with the previous material. There’s a stunning amount of talent and beauty out there that just needs a couple of minutes of your time to reshape your day. Take a breather with this wonderful gem.
