My first lolita dress *had* to be like this, there was no other way. I physically cannot say no to blue velveteen. The shoulder bows are adjustable! So I can shift them as far forward or back as needed, which is very much appreciated. Sadly AP makes their dresses with a very specific kind of body in mind, so I’ll have to have this beautiful beast altered. I might be able to just remove the shirring in the back and move the straps, Which is good, because the idea of hurting those beautiful waist ties makes me want to cry.
