Things I’m working on.
Inking the fishes.
Some critters for the next project: foxes, squirrels bunnies, and, yes, skunks.
So, next year's calendar is gonna be recycled graphics. Yes, as an illustrator I'm sampling myself. I reconfigured and then redrew the magnolia branches… now the picture needs yet more flowers and birds… and also fills, and to be fully rendered. It's halfway there.
Working on a pattern… the theme is "forest biome."
The backyard birds project is progressing.
Blue pages were printed. They were inked. They were scanned. Then they were chopped up and put in put in separate documents. And then I had to find all the birds I've already rendered that will also appear in the final composition… plus that Baltimore oriole from 2021 I never finished. Next: color.
