BRAU S2 April Update! As always, have some out-of-context screenshots

Almost forgot to make an update this month! Quite a jump in progress for scripting. Unfortunately, we're out of the easy part now. When I was writing the outline, I stalled at getting to the end. My descriptions for each part got less and less detailed. So now, I have more work on my hands.

I am pretty proud of myself for spotting a plot hole and engineering a solution. But that solution ended up being pretty late in the comic. I'll have to decide if I want to leave it hanging in the air, or rework it into an earlier part and write a new transition scene. But that's why I have a rewrite section built into the plan I guess!

Though lately I can't stop thinking about how funny it'd be if Pure Vanilla knew Blue Raspberry is Shadow Milk from the start--- and just went like. "Oh, he wants to travel with us in his female form while thinking none of us knows who he is? Okay!" sorry it's just so all over my head ksjsksjdjd

Also yeah that's such a Pure Vanilla thing to do. "This person is most likely tricking us to get close and hurt me? Well, there's a chance this could be genuine, so I'll take that risk!" What a self-sacrificing dummy.

looked thru all your au art just now and i must say i adore the fact that shmilks disguise goes by the name blue raspberry - a completely artificial/made up/"false" flavor. there's a metaphor in there somewhere surely

I had a couple other names I brainstormed but it was so tempting to use the fake flavor for a fake identity! I also was fond of Concord Grape bc it'd be a nod to Black Sapphire, or Juniper since its just a cute name in general
