Okay! Here's the official post with the prototypes for rupee needle minders (or fridge magnets, if that's what you want!) The post that needs lots of likes, comments, and mainly reblogs (to spread the word more) before I decide to make this happen. And Two votes: what size you think would be best, and what color you would like to see, so that may be the top two or three or the ones I do first.
I am going to give this post 7 days. 2 weeks at maximum. To get as many notes, likes, and reblogs. Preferably, comments but mostly reblogs, to spread the word far and wide...with a yes, or your two votes. Because anybody can just like a post but that doesn't mean they want it. I need to hear it from the mouths of my followers. I need to hear your want, and your need. I need to hear your votes! I would LIKE to hear over 150 voices. Not 150, but more than 150. So that I know that buying metallics will be worth it, and this venture will be worth it.
I will also be checking the other post that I made to see if that gains more traction as well. Again, 7 days, no more than 2 weeks. For both posts to skyrocket.
And I will only reblog it myself 4 to 6 times. Once in the late Colorado morning, and once in the 2:00 a.m. ish hours, so that those around the world, and night owls, will have a chance to see this post. Other than that, it's all up to you guys.
And, if enough people want these needle minders, then I can order the metallic colors, because there will be enough want and need for these to make my purchases worth it...
But if only a few people want them, then I'll just open up pre-orders and I'll print some white ones, and sand and spray/brush paint them. Which means that they won't look nearly as good as if they were printed on gorgeous metallic, so if you want some really nice looking needle minders, and not some white ones painted metallic, then it's up to you folks to make sure this gets spread around like wildfire. Otherwise, I'll gladly sell some needle minders, but they're just going to be boring white ones that are painted and glaze coated.
But, if you're just looking and itching to have something to stitch or a new needle minder to have, don't forget to check my shop out at

Here’s something I wanted to do for a while! I wanted to turn rupee’s from one of my favorite franchises!! Which of course is legend of Zelda! I’m unsure of what abilities they have but here’s a little about each!
Red Rupee: the rough and tumble gem that is overly confident! He is a hot head and definitely stubborn! He thinks he should be the leader of the Rupee troupe and he does not get along with Green! He’s able to turn his lance’s blades into pure red energy for a stronger and sharper attack!
Blue Rupee: He’s the smart one and is constantly having to fix things the troupe breaks! He will always be around for his troupe because he feels like no one will do it if he doesn’t! He is able to turn his axe blade into pure blue energy for a stronger and sharper attack!
Yellow Rupee: He is a bit rude and aggressive with his words! But surprisingly him and Red get along great! Though Purple and him aren’t on the best terms! He is able to turn his shield into pure yellow energy throughout causing it to be the ultimate shield when activated!
Green Rupee: He is the chillest one! He is super laid back which does get on Red Rupee’s nerves! But he gets along well with the others but he’s super lazy! He is able to turn his blade into pure green energy for a stronger and sharper attack!
Orange Rupee: Orange Rupee acts more with his heart then head! He can get reckless In his actions and endangers himself a lot! Blue Rupee can’t stand the way he acts and often takes care of him! He is able to turn his string of his bow into pure orange energy along with pure orange energy arrows causing them to be fired fast and pierce anything!
Purple Rupee: He is a bit solemn. Definitely the emo of the group! He tends to worry about a lot of things and hates it when Yellow attacks him verbally or just is loud in general! He definitely keeps quiet mostly! He is able to turn his hammer into pure purple energy and it adds to its strength and how easily it smashes into things!
Silver Rupee: He is the most understanding and rational of the group! He gets along well with everyone except Rupoor! Something about Rupoor rubs Silver in the wrong way! Which is why he kicked him out of the troupe since he is the leader! He is able to turn his sword blade into pure white energy for a stronger and sharper attack!
Rupoor: now he is the odd one! He is rude and very dangerous! He has little regard to everyone and everything! He does have the ability to take energy away from gems causing them to grow weaker, however he can’t use that taken energy! He was kicked from the group after Rupoor almost shattered the troupe while Silver was gone! He is able to turn his double sided axe into pure dark energy for a stronger and sharper attack!
Here are two decent hauls I picked up after defeating yet another two Yiga assassins. The first pic netted me 260 rupees, while the second pic left with an additional 225 rupees. The only thing much better is to get a gold rupee from a defeated Yiga, which I’ve had happen at least one time that I can remember.
ok! I need a vote, via reblogs, likes, coments....preferably reblogs and comments with a yay or a nay, but the more you reblog this, the more word gets out to other needle workers who NEED THIS! so please please please reblog the shit out of this because I REALLY LIKE THIS IDEA SO BAD!
now, hear me out...What do you think....about....legend of zelda....3D PRINTED RUPEE NEEDLE MINDERS! I’ve already done an etsy search for “rupee needle minders” and well, only 1 listing came up.
in metallic greens, purples, blues, reds, golds, and silvers! I need TONS AND TONS of votes so you all can enable me to buy more FILAMENT! The more comments and reblogs and likes I get for this....the higher the chance I’d make some. And, I need enough votes with immediate need saying
“Five rupees. Its shiny blue facets make you weak in the knees.” Don’t you just love the rupee descriptions? I always thought it was fun to see what descriptions they have in different games, though more often it’s just “You got a blue rupee!”
In progress and finished shots of my latest embroidery, a big nice blue rupee from LoZ!
I tried a new stitch for the lining of the embroidery. Can't.. Remember the name of it tho.
On the other hand, the Bayeux stitch is definitively my favourite filling stitch, which makes me happy as a norman and a history nerd, bc it is a cool medieval stitch!
I had a wild idea at 2am to make a LoZ based gem, and this is what I came up with! This is Blue Rupee, he's based on Navi and is the size of canon Pearl's hand! He's cheerful and enjoys trying to help people, even if he's somewhat annoying at times. His gem is on his back, and he can project light wings to fly!
