🔽 Decided to make some edits to an old design (2014 I believe). I've had this one up in my shop for almost 10 years! Also made a pattern to go on certain products.

More Zelda drawings! I realized there were a few classics I hadn't gotten to yet
Rupees (Hyrule not India) are such a terrible form of currency
Storing multiples of the same gem together loose in a pouch GUARANTEES that they will eventually crack and chip each other, especially when the wearer is somersaulting the entire distance to castle town. They're the same hardness.
Can't be stacked into sleeves like solid coins, stacked in neat folds like bills, or strung on a rope like coins with a hole.
Pain in the ass to mint, as stones have to be individually faceted on special equipment. Unless they have some magical way of doing this in bulk in which case why. Minting coins would have been easier
Way too much bulk per unit. You wanna know why Link's money is limited by wallet size but yours isn't. It's because rupees are stupid
The king of Hyrule should be shot
I fell behind on my femslash february prompts, I'm gonna try to get back to that this weekend.
In the meantime I drew this! I thought it would be fun to draw with the legend of Zelda rupees would look like as gems!
They're cuties! One of these days I probably draw like a quadruple rupee fusion but I'm not doing that right now
💚💙❤️💛
Melty bead collection
magic armour appreciation
My first filler pin set is now live in the shop! They're so small and cute! Link is here!
Relaxing with the piggies🐽
