why do you think you need to quit your job dear?

Ok, first of all, I'm so sorry for how long it's taken me to reply to this.

Secondly, I think I want to quit because my job makes me miserable. I can't handle being constantly stressed out and waking up in the dead of night worrying about work. I've lost my appetite completely and it's just really having a huge negative impact on my life. But on the other hand, I've just been promoted and I would feel like I'm letting everyone down if I left.

I don't really know what to do :(
