Funny you should mention Terryl and Brynn, I have the book Animals Real and Imagined and Brynn's Tea and Creatures art book. They are very inspirational.. 

my issue is they are not Australian and I'm basing my woes on this! I'll have to definitely try and find some inspirational Australian concept artists though.
