As requested, here is the tea I've bees drinking daily. I put the berry tea in my Keurig and the purple acai blueberry bag and sometimes the jasmine (it's good for adrenal issues)Let the bag steep for 5-10 minutes. I pour it over frozen blueberries and ice. #blueberrysummer
