omg I just started rereading C-S-T-L and I forgot how beautiful it was... and I'm listening to that soundtrack you recommended me, it's so good!! I have such a problem, I just spend all my time reading destiel fics and I barely even read proper books any more.

yes oh my god I miss C-S-T-L so much already :( and I just finished The Inexhaustible Silence of Houses and it’s just so hauntingly beautiful and is stuck on my mind??? Like tbh I was really annoyed at first when Dean and Cas kept fighting but then *spoilers* I knew something was up already when Cas kept saying that Dean smelled like ashes (plus the archive warning read ‘major character death’) and I just kept going because I wanted to find out if I was right, and the ending made me so sad. Speaking of the ending, it’s so ambiguous and frustrating like I NEED TO KNOW

and yes I totally agree about exclusively reading destiel because that’s what I do everyday at work and at home and before I sleep but they make me very very happy

ok fic recs: you can check out my fic recs page (my url/ficrec) but 'what is bred in the bone' (dean and cas at a summer camp thing & then there's magic and adventure and mystery & betrayal and stuff, with bonus awesome bela) & 'a beginner's guide to communing with the dead' (detective!dean illegally summoning memitim!cas to solve a murder case) are definitely two of my favourites. they're both by suspiciousflashlight and have really original, interesting storylines & are very well written :)
