Adding spicy buffalo sauce and lots of tangy blue cheese to regular grilled corn will make it taste even better. This recipe gives your BBQ a kick by making it the perfect amount of spicy and creamy.
Ingredients: 4 ears of corn, husked. 1/2 cup buffalo sauce. 1/4 cup melted butter. 2 tablespoons hot sauce. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. Chopped fresh parsley for garnish.
Instructions: Warm up the grill over medium-high heat. Melt the butter and add the hot sauce, garlic powder, and buffalo sauce to a bowl. Make sure to cover all of the corn ears with the spicy buffalo mixture by brushing it on them. Put the corn on a grill that has already been heated up. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes, turning it over every so often, until it is charred and cooked all the way through. Add blue cheese to each ear of corn and let it melt a little during the last few minutes of grilling. Taste the corn after taking it off the grill and add salt and pepper to taste. Finally, add chopped fresh parsley on top. Serve right away and enjoy the spicy blue cheese and buffalo chicken goodness!
