Ingredients: 1 cup dates, pitted. 1/2 cup almonds. 1/4 cup walnuts. 1/4 cup shredded coconut. 2 tablespoons cacao powder. 2 tablespoons almond butter. 1/4 teaspoon sea salt.
Instructions: In a food processor, blend dates, almonds, walnuts, shredded coconut, cacao powder, almond butter, and sea salt until well combined and sticky. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop out about a tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball, then flatten it into a cookie shape. Repeat with the remaining mixture. Place the cookies on the prepared baking sheet and freeze for 30 minutes to set. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator or freezer.
