Crowds, in Aoko’s opinion, were the only places you could be jostled. That’s why she wasn’t too fond of the one’s that surrounded KID’s heists-- What with the constant bustling, the shoving and pushing to get past the police. The shouts of “KID-samaaa~!” as they knocked each other about, attempting to get a closer look at the infuriating, suited man.
It didn’t help that she’d get shoved a lot too, being the only one against the man’s plight. People would mutter and mumble about her Anti-KID sign, occasionally “accidentally” pushing her as if trying to knock it out of her hands. Tonight, her sign was smaller, making it easy to hold.
That was, until a stranger was pushed into her the moment KID had made his appearance for the audience.
❝ Oh-- Miss, are you alright? ❞
Sign missing from her hands after impact, without thinking she went to help the stranger up. Only to find she’s foreign, and may not know what Aoko said to her. Instead of clarifying, she gives her a sheepish smile, praying the other knew Japanese.
