Today my blog is officially 1 year old!

Let's reflect on the past year...

(This is where I'd put a read more if I wasn't on mobile)

Hmm so around this time in 2012 I was in my first relationship. I believed it was true love. Little did I know how poisonous it was. 6 months later I would realise how unhealthy it was.

Overall my group of friends haven't differed. Except that I have a lot more friends. At school, work, and through the internet.

I remember some of the first people I talked to online. I believe it was blueflame and gimmietheswaggie. The latter I still talk to on a daily basis and the former I talk to from time to time. Gimmietheswaggie (I think he changed his url recently but idr) is one of my closest friends and I hold him close to my heart.

Through this past year I ventured through hell with my head held high. I conquered my worst fears. I met some amazing people. I persevered through my cutting addiction and got over it. I no longer pull out my hair. Sure the nail biting hasn't gotten any better but hey I'm working on it.

But the most important thing is that I survived.
