seyn winces slightly, sympathetic. stars know that they had been confused when they had been resurrected, but they’d only missed a handful of years & were plugged right back into all of the databanks the empire had to offer --- siri is missing more time & more information, & they can’t fill her in on all that they would like to. “the empire destroyed the majority of information on the order,” they explain. “even i couldn’t get access to almost everything.” which is saying something, honestly, with the clearance that they had had. “i don’t know as much about the jedi, but i can help you with almost everything else.”

Something that was required as a handmaiden was to be quick with recognizing faces and details. While it had been awhile since she needed to utilize a lot of those skills, there was something tugging on the back of her mind as Sabé’s eyes landed on Siri. It wasn’t clear but... something was nagging at her. There had been so many people, once upon a time, that she needed to keep track of --- so for her, that could mean anything. So, curious to see where this thread led ---  “ Sorry, I’m still getting my bearings around here... what did you say your name was ? ”

when he had lost his sight, reconnecting with the force had been very difficult for kanan to do. a mental block more than anything else. he had returned to the fight without hesitation, trusted in the force and in ezra to be his eyes. but ezra... wasn’t here. a painful thing to swallow, something that he wasn’t sure that he was actually managing to do. but he could trust in the force, in the teachings that master billaba had taught him all those years ago. it made him want to be here, to help stop the past from repeating itself. being present at the temple made him feel that way, even if there’s something... odd about it. it was too quiet. certainly the jedi didn’t get into some of the rowdiness he had found himself falling into after its fall, but this was something else. “it doesn’t feel right here, without the younglings, does it?”

adenn paused at the blonde’s words, approaching cautiously. “you knew my sister ? “ satine had been a well known ruler, that wasn’t truly so shocking. what was surprising was that the other woman had recognized adenn herself. she didn’t think she was recognizable to non mandalorians ; she assumed even other mandalorians from her time would have trouble naming her without her armor on.
