How long does Dextera go before she finally asks someone for help with her milking?
It's pretty embarrassing. But she tries to have it done the night or a day after the rest of her herd has been milked. This is for several reasons.
Normally her herd produces so much milk that there's simply no more room in the tankers.
The outside volunteers are either full to bursting or half a sleep by midnight when her turn comes.
She's usually so anxious that she hide's among the rest of the herd, when her name is called. It takes her some time to build up the resolve to get milked publicly. Usually the outsider's have left at that point.
But she needs to get milked so her herdmate's don't realize what's up, when everyone awakens the next day.
