I downloaded Blush Blush just so I can achievement hunt it and uh oh spaghettio I am now in love with the game. (*U*)
So much so I immediately needed to create an oc just for shipping purposes and I just having so many ideas for her and the guys of blush blush. I know the whole game is filled with guys and she may or may not fit better in Crush Crush but tbh I am not so big with that game plus I think she would be overstepping Quill's territory (White hair/A lil bit of a cat theme especially with my reverse au that I will talk about later) plus she is more of a fleshed out marshmallow, idk if I would say marshmallowsona because she isn't meant to represent me but just putting her in the shoes of the mc :)
Before I blabber about her and what not I will aknowledge Sad Panda Studios pro-ai stance and using generative ai on socials (which I think is just twitter) as well as secretly using ai to help with their games, which I do not condone nor support that behavior. It makes me so disappointed in them and disgusted. For evidence here is a post about it. If I knew this beforehand I wouldn't have even downloaded the game.

I did the art mostly in my style anatomy wise but tried a lil bit to shade it and color the lines like Blush Blush. I gave her Stats like the one in game! It is in the picture but I will also type it out here:

I am working on making her fit the style of the game, I was given suggestions to look up Crush Crush for women anatomy and design and I know both games have the same artist, I just didn't wanna copy Crush Crush. Idk if I am smoking something but the styles look different to me, not like oil and water but there are subtle differences between the styles to me. Mainly the eyes and face structure. Here is the sketch!
I think it will only start looking right when it is in the coloring/rendering phase ^^
Maeve, on the outside, is a confident women who handles accidents and unexpected events with grace or with a no sweat, but on the inside she is freaking out and haunted by the littlest mistakes. She is genuinely mortified by the whole zoo fiasco and is doing her best to reverse it. She tries to have the best outlook on life and be a bit playful or a light flirt, despite feeling like every new interaction is like walking over eggshells. With constant exposure tho, she actually is less tense with the guys and lets loose for real this time, but it only eases with time. She does what she thinks is good and does genuinely care for others.
Maeve knows what she wants in a relationship, especially after knowing what she does NOT want in one (her parents relationship). If not given a push (aka this whole manimal thing) Maeve is a slow burn girly, but mainly follows the speed of whoever she is with, Maeve is fine with mostly anything. I can also see her trying to keep her cool when the relationship ramps up but inside she skips a beat and really want to squeal ecstatically. She is a lil touch starved.
I have been shipping her a lot of Nimh and a lil bit of Cashew (still gotta draw him with Maeve) but I can pretty much imagine her with just about everyone so far, haven't gone super far I have only gotten to Dmitri like yesterday. I have some art of just her and Nimh!
Maeve is doing her darnest not just attack Nimh with hundred of kisses, mainly to not strain his poor heart. She is a light adredeline chaser but puts his health way above her want for a little speed. (We are gonna ignore the requirements for rollercoasters, the way he clutches his chest- T-T)
Okay now I REALLY wanna talk about my reverse au!! Basically where any of the dudes are the reason Maeve or Marshmallow is an animal and it is THEIR turn to change them back!!
I kinda wanna draw this happening like the cutscene in the very beginning. I just gotta write stuff down, if you wanna give me ideas for any character accidentally giving them the forbidden water bottle let me know!
I decided Maeve is a really, really fluffy house cat! Felt like it fit for her :) here is a wip for that cutscene idea!
