What are some great destress methods? I've been preparing for my exams for the whole of June and I feel so dead :c

have a bath - use a nice lush bath bomb!

go for a walk out in the fresh air

put some loud music on and dance around your room

hop into bed and watch a movie or start a new tv series

paint your nails or do a face mask (something pampering that will make you feel pretty)

look back at how much studying and preparation you have done and be proud of yourself!

these are all things i do to destress and they definitely help me! good luck with all your exams! xx
