The engineer took his time to stare at the other, almost making it blatantly obvious to make sure that he would be noticed. There was a familiar face right there and after staring at that damned "SHIELD" file for how many nights, Tony was more than absolutely sure that this was the guy.

He wasn't even on the job though -- so why of all times, did he have to find him on a lovely day when he was off from work? After a sigh or two, Tony decided to go into action, just to make sure he got the right guy -- wow, he even sounded like he was working. Now this was disgusting. Just wait until Pepper finds out.

All he needed to do was bump into him and --

"Oh, excuse me!" He yelped out, letting the folder from his hand slip out so papers could just so happen to fly about. "I'm so sorry -- damn it, not again."
