I found a place so safe, ( not a single tear. )The first time in my life ( and now it’s so clear. ) Avril Lavigne, Innocence.
When he was having the blues, it was usually accompanied by lots of other, confusing emotions that messed him up and threatened to take away the fragile happiness he had fought so hard to regain. A vicious cycle, by all means but it was also part of his being and if it were to disappear then it would be hard for the young man to get rid of the irritation as well. Today, on the other hand, was slightly different though for although he was feeling a bit down again, which was evident in the way he randomly snapped at others, he was in the company of no one but the grave of a girl he once used to care deeply about.
“Your flowers are still okay.” It’s a statement he made as he proceeded to crouch down and deposit the lily he had brought with him; her favorite flower. And even though Junmyeon paid good money so that her grave was taken care of, he couldn’t help but drop by regularly to make sure everything was fine and put down some flowers every now and then as well. She used to be his best friend, after all until she died all those years ago.
And it was only when he got back on his feet that he noticed a shadow from the corner of his eyes. Mistrust had been planted in his heart during his infancy, so he couldn’t help but turn his head slightly towards the direction of the unfamiliar silhouette, only to recognize the features of a woman soon afterwards. “Have you gotten lost, Miss? People shouldn’t be visiting the cemetery at this time of the day.”
