T, Z, I: S/O is a crybaby

I feel as though Tanjiro wouldn’t mind one bit.

Honestly, he would think it’s the cutest thing in the world. Tanjiro would feel a sense of love coming off from his s/o as they complained about how worried they were for him after they got the news about the spider family in the mountains.

Tanjiro would simply pat their head affectionally, leaning down and then give them a kiss on the forehead.

“There’s no need to worry, but it’s nice to know that someone cares for my wellbeing.”

Another thing that I imagine is that the way that his s/o worries about him keeps him going on his missions. He always thinks about them when it comes to the fight, and makes sure that he makes it back so they wouldn’t have to worry anymore.

Okay but Zenitsu DEFINITELY wouldn’t mind. It brings peace and happiness to his mind when he thinks about his s/o and how much they worry.

“Ahaha there’s no need to worry my little flower~ I’ll always come back to you!”

As I said before for Tanjiro, Zenitsu would use this motivation to complete his missions so he would be able to come home and see the happiness filling his s/o’s features. Their happiness and love keeps him going and going.

On the outside, it would seem as though Inosuke was annoyed and hated that his s/o worried about him. I mean, he’s a demon slayer for goodness sake. He could take care of himself as long as he had his swords and his mission.

It was almost a quarter past midnight, Tanjiro and (y/n) on their way back from a “mission” ( a mission to the grocery store for ice cream). It almost seemed like fate at that moment, (y/n) feeling dizzy in her head just by being near Tanjiro.

His skin glistened in the bright moonlight, soft freckles and growing pimples dotting his face. His eyes stared up at the luminous stars above them, letting out a small “wow!”

“They look so beautiful tonight, don’t they (y/n)?” Tanjiro asked, turning his face towards the slightly taller girl. (Y/n)’s heart began to race, Tanjiro’s glistening and bright eyes boring into her own. It almost seemed as though the stars were gathering in his eyes, (y/n) easily getting lost in them,” (y/n)?”

“Yeah!” She quickly answered, looking away. She felt her heartbeat quicken hearing Tanjiro’s soft chuckle. He was obviously laughing at her, but she didn’t mind. If it meant hearing his sweet, melodic laugh, she would make a fool of herself for days on end. She wanted to grab his hand and intertwine it with hers, walking silently together through the night.

But the two continued on their mission, walking side by side in the dark, quiet night.

It wasn’t odd for it to be quiet between the two, with (y/n)’s natural shyness and all. Tanjiro didn’t mind the silence, since it wasn’t awkward.

It was a comfortable silence.

Before something broke it.

“ God, Tanjiro, you do the most adorable things without realizing.” (Y/n) voice penetrated through his ears, the male’s eyes widening.

To Fall or Not to Fall

It all seemed surreal to Tanjiro.

He felt as though everything was going great, like a spring spilling out water after the sun melts it from winter.

It was an intentional love to him, something that he held dearly to his heart. He woke up feeling his heart slowly crumble, realizing the reality of the situation.

The one person he seemingly let into his heart, crushed it into a million pieces, almost like a hand crushing a piece of paper. It crumbled and crumbled until it couldn’t no more, staying the small shape of a destroyed heart for a certain reason.

Of course he was young, he knew it.

He knew that he would move on one day and find someone else, if anyone else was willing to be with a demon slayer like him. Tanjiro felt his heart continue to crumple when his and her eyes connected for a split second, before she continued on her way.

(Y/n) left on a mission that night, not returning until a month later.

Even so, Tanjiro felt his heartbeat increased as he came face to face with a sleeping (y/n), who was wrapped up in gauze from head to toe. She suffered through poison and large slashed against her back, almost like they were punishing her in the midst of battle. Seeing her so vulnerable like this, Tanjiro felt his eyes tear up. He could smell the despair wavering off of (y/n) like waves from the ocean. They just kept coming and coming, overwhelming Tanjiro’s senses.

He stayed by her side throughout her treatment, the girl caught in a long slumber throughout these days and nights. Every time that Zenitsu and Inosuke would try to usher Tanjiro outside, he wouldn’t leave his spot. His hand stayed tucked into (y/n)’s, gripping it softly as he waited with immense patience for the girl to wake up.

To which she did.

Seeing the sight of her ex caused her to panic, but his soft eyes and worrisome smile stopped her. Tanjiro hugged her tightly, trembling ever so slightly as he uttered words of happiness and love.

“Why did you leave? Why did you go out there on your own to face something larger than any of us could?” He whimpered, continuing to hold on to her. It was almost as if Tanjiro was afraid to let go, afraid that this was all his imagination.

It wasn’t.

“I don’t get why you’re still worried about me, Tanjiro,” (y/n) sighed, slowly sitting up. She winced, Tanjiro beckoning her to lay back down but she didn’t budge. Her eyes cascadednover his figure, widening as she realized that he was in this chair the whole time.

He’s been here for a week, watching her, making sure she was okay.

It made her heart soar, until her eyes laid upon the figure at the door.

Peeking in was Kanao, watching the two talk. (Y/n) felt the familiar feeling of sadness make its way through her core, causing her to face away from the two.

“You don’t need to be here Tanjiro, get out please.” She said, her heart clenching. Tanjiro’s face broke, his eyes turning down words like a sad puppy.

“(Y/n), please...” his voice was soft, his eyes turning back up to look at the girl,” what did I do wrong? What made you feel this way?” The stench of sadness whiffed off of (y/n)’s figure. She didn’t answer him, waiting for the male to leave her alone. Her insecurities rities were laid out like an open book to Tanjiro, but he still couldn’t find the missing puzzle piece that connected everything together.

Finally, (y/n) spoke.

“Because I’m not good enough.” Her voice was soft, almost as if her voice was any louder, it would’ve showed how distressed she was. Tanjiro kept quiet as (y/n) continued on, the boy realizing what was happening.

(Y/n) felt as though she wouldn’t live up to the expectations her parents had given on her, and it transferred to their relationship. Seeing so, so many capable girls out there making the best out of their situations and slashing these demons down, while (y/n) ended up injured greatly when saving a child from the hands of a demon.

And the Kanao’s name came up in the conversation.

Listening to (y/n), listening in on the way she talks about herself compared to Kanao....Tanjiro felt his heart break. Hearing the girl he cared so much about y’all about herself in that way, comparing herself to someone that Tanjiro simply thinks as a friend made him leap up and hug (y/n) tightly, wiping away her tears as they slowly cascade down her face.

“I’m sorry, I’m so sorry,” (y/n) wailed in his arms, her face deep into his shoulder blade as she continued. Tanjiro quietly sat there, holding on to her as he quietly whispered sweet nothings into her ear to calm her down.

“There’s nothing anyone can do to take my feelings away for you, (y/n). Nothing.”

S/o Being aggressively loving after a deadly mission ( Giyuu, Iguro )

A/n: ahhh! It’s my first request! Thank you so much for submitting this, it gives me all fluffy feelings inside ヽ(*´∀｀)

I tried to make this more even than ever, but I have a soft spot for both!

Let’s get this going~!

Giyuu:

I feel like, in Giyuu’s mind, he would be slightly annoyed at his his s/o was acting. They should be well aware of the risks and dangers of being a Demon Slayer, in which you’re fighting for your life and thousands of others each mission.

He wouldn’t voice his annoyed side of his thoughts, though. He would focus on the feelings that were stirring up inside him, all these gentle touches he was receiving from them. It a treacherous mission, so feeling such gentle touches upon his skin and soft kisses that were given made his emotions stir.

“You should really be more careful, Giyuu! I don’t want to worry about you every time you leave for a mission.”

“I am, (Y/n),” his soft voice would reach their ears as his eyes held a loving gaze. A tiny, microscopic smile reached his lips as his s/o calmed down, continuing to clean his wounds while murmuring about how much they care for him.

He would eventually give in to their request and make sure that he’s always doing his best to stay out of trouble until he can’t anymore.

Iguro:

Since he has such a devotion towards the Demon Corps and how “weak” the new corps are, I feel as though he would take that passion to his s/o too.

So when they’re cleaning up his wounds as he lays on their futon, he couldn’t help but feel a blush reach his features out of embarrassment. He felt embarrassed by being cleaned and taken care of by his s/o, especially if they aren’t in the Demon Corps. Iguro isn’t afraid to be harsh and blunt when it comes to it, but he knew that his stubborn ways wouldn’t work on his s/o, especially if he’s wounded like he is at the moment.

So he would just listen and nod along as his s/o complains about how many wounds he comes back with and how careless he’s being when it comes to missions. Although it seems out of his nature, he’s more caring towards people he loves and cares about, rather than unknown faces in the crowd of the Demon Slayers. This is why he felt the need to stay quiet, since he didn’t want to anger his s/o than they already were at the moment.

“You need to be more careful about where you’re fighting and who you’re fighting, Iguro,” they said, softly sighing as they continue to clean his wounds. His snake hissed lightly, mad about Iguro feeling slight pain at the moment from the disinfectant all over his wounds,” don’t throw yourself out there like Tanjiro does. Look how he ends up after every mission!” They exclaim, finishing up the cleansing and the bandages before they placed small kisses all over each bandages wound.

Iguro huffed lightly, deciding not to argue against their actions as they continued to softly kiss his wounds, his blush being well hid under his mask.
