I believe this is from Ghost Stories. The series didn’t do too well in Japan, so when it was translated and dubbed in English, the VA studio was given a rough outline of the plot and were told to do ‘whatever’.

Oooooo!

I started writing when I was around maybe 12-13, and had many MANY different accounts for different fandoms.

I used to focus on boy bands but now I’m really into anime and decided to write for my faves!

What made me started writing was my passion for it. I love the way I can make sentences feel, and adding depth to them to make sure the reader fully understands what I’m trying to convey!

It was almost a quarter past midnight, Tanjiro and (y/n) on their way back from a “mission” ( a mission to the grocery store for ice cream). It almost seemed like fate at that moment, (y/n) feeling dizzy in her head just by being near Tanjiro.

His skin glistened in the bright moonlight, soft freckles and growing pimples dotting his face. His eyes stared up at the luminous stars above them, letting out a small “wow!”

“They look so beautiful tonight, don’t they (y/n)?” Tanjiro asked, turning his face towards the slightly taller girl. (Y/n)’s heart began to race, Tanjiro’s glistening and bright eyes boring into her own. It almost seemed as though the stars were gathering in his eyes, (y/n) easily getting lost in them,” (y/n)?”

“Yeah!” She quickly answered, looking away. She felt her heartbeat quicken hearing Tanjiro’s soft chuckle. He was obviously laughing at her, but she didn’t mind. If it meant hearing his sweet, melodic laugh, she would make a fool of herself for days on end. She wanted to grab his hand and intertwine it with hers, walking silently together through the night.

But the two continued on their mission, walking side by side in the dark, quiet night.

It wasn’t odd for it to be quiet between the two, with (y/n)’s natural shyness and all. Tanjiro didn’t mind the silence, since it wasn’t awkward.

It was a comfortable silence.

Before something broke it.

“ God, Tanjiro, you do the most adorable things without realizing.” (Y/n) voice penetrated through his ears, the male’s eyes widening.

(Y/n)’s eyes widened, as well.

Now the two stopped, looking away from each other in an awkward silence. Tanjiro felt his heartbeat increase the more he thought about (y/n)’s statement, before he laughed again.

“No, you do the most adorable things without realizing, (y/n).”

“Vibe check!”

School started like no other. It seemed as though students were lazing around before class, talking amongst their group of friends and catching up on what has happened in the past 24 hours.

(Y/n) smiled brightly as she ran towards Tanjiro, slapping him on the back hard.

“Tanjiro! Long time no see buddy~” (y/n) gave a toothy smile, Tanjiro wincing as he tried to reach for his back,” I didn’t put a sticky note on it, don’t worry.” (Y/n) laughed, causing Tanjiro to laugh, also.

It was almost like this every single day for the two. One would prank the other, they’d have a good laugh, and then it was on their way to class.

That was before Yushiro came into the picture.

Yushiro was a new junior transfer at the time, (y/n) offering to show him around the school and help him digest this new place. She smiled brightly as she patted his back harshly, the slightly smaller boy bending forward to help with the blows. But he smiled shyly, letting out a small huff of what he thought was an annoyed expression.

“Vibe Check!”

Yushiro’s eyes widened as he felt a slap across his back. It stung immediately as their hand lifted from the concentration point. There’s easily going to be a small bruise in the shape of a hand there.

Definitely.

Yushiro’s eye twitched as he turned around, realizing that it was actually (Y/n) that vibe checked him at a time like this. It continued to twitch as his teeth gritted, the girl realizing that she was in deep shit.

“So that’s a vibe check,” he murmured, cracking his knuckles on his left hand,0 hey, (y/n)?”

“Y-yeah?” The girl replied nervously, backing away from the now angry male. Yushiro smirked, raising his hand.

“Vibe check!” He slammed his hand down, the girl closing her eyes and waiting for the hit, but she felt something else instead. Her eyes opened, coming face to face with Yushiro as he rubbed her head affectionally.

She couldn’t help but blush lightly before pushing him away.

“That’s not a vibe check Yushiro.”

Nezuko is a demon with a regenerative ability you don’t have. She can take much more damage than you ever can. But it’s like for those few seconds, you forget that Nezuko is a demon and decide for yourself that, demon or not, she should still be saved.
