I have to say Teddy looks really good in green and Zach looks good in blue. Like their outfits in those stills with the patient really compliment their eyes and hair in a very pleasing way. Outfit department really knew what they were doing!! 😌👏

Just realized that the “everyone looking at the news” scene is probably right after the WolfNichols fight/the biggest part of their disagreement next ep.

this is where Wolf says “I won’t let you do this” to Nichols, this is probably the largest part of their argument and they are most likely interrupted before being able to talk it out.

They are wearing the same outfits here so it can be inferred this happens right after. Which leads to my prediction that I don’t think this is the cliffhanger. We see Nichols in scrubs, probably about to do the surgery they are arguing about. That can’t happen before they argue, so the “news” scene where everyone is looking at the TV is probably not the “shocking cliffhanger” that was teased. Although, who ever said that they are probably going to be interrupted before they talk it out, I find that to be something that could totally happen.

Which begs the question, if they argue and then they get interrupted to go watch the TV, then it’s probably, I would say, in the middle of the ep, bc that guy would still need to get the surgery done, then what is the cliffhanger? I don't think it’ll involve Carol as much as we think it will, bc that’s probably what they are looking at now, which could be B plot they will figure out throughout the ep.

Then it must be some separate third thing they might introduce, that supplies the plot for the cliffhanger. Whatever it is, it’s going to affect the characters in a large way, which would be a “shocking cliffhanger”.

TLDR: Nichols and Wolf are wearing the same clothes from their argument when they watch the news. -> the news scene isn’t the end of the ep bc Nichols is shown in scrubs in the promo presumably about to do the surgery -> news is probably about Carol, assuming this might be the middle of the ep -> they might solve that B plot in a way throughout the ep -> cliffhanger is some secret third thing that affects the characters in a large way
