Hi there, I start training as a shift soon and I was looking for some advice. I was promoted in a little under a year into the same store I was hired in. There are a few partners who have more seniority than I that may be a bit weary of my promotion. Question being, what are some tips as to dealing with any animosity or rebellion from these said partners? Greatly appreciate anything you or your followers have to say, thanks.
Don't let the power go to your head. The worst shifts I ever had were the ones who thought that the sun rose and set because of them. The best ones I've ever had were there in the trenches busting ass when they could have just been sitting on theirs in the back.
