We do! We’ve had him for about a year and a half now. Littlest bro named him after Ace the Batdog. He likes walks and pets and cheese and sweet potatoes. He hates bath time and the vacuum. He is sweet and cute and dumb and we love him.

I totally feel you!! I was ranting to my sister yesterday about how predatory I felt for having a crush on a woman who is two years younger than me.
PREDATORINESS. Yes, that’s what it feels like. Also my most recent crush is similarly like 2-3 years younger than me (I think?) and yes, that definitely adds to the feeling!! My brain acts as if it’s okay for other people to love women but not me, as if my gayness alone is threatening someone somehow.

Haha. We bought the one tree and the perches and other tree came from my parent’s house. And they love it. They especially like the perches in front of the window.

Living alone is a supremely underrated experience. Having a space that’s “yours” that you can do what you want when you want in…feels like freedom.
SERIOUSLY. Don’t want to see people after work and on weekends? Literally never have to. Want to invite people over absolutely whenever? Can. Want to look haggard and talk out loud to yourself and play bad music? The cat can only judge wordlessly.
