Humans make the world go around. All right, more like the world goes around because of science - but they’re the meat and body of a story. They’re the spirit of a supernatural site. They have hopes and dreams. Some might say that they’re boring - but we don’t think so. We think they’re the best part of a site. They add to the mystery of time.

The word mortals is a middle english term which derives from the latin word mortālis. Which can be loosely translated as subject to die. Seems sort of fitting. However if you are one of those people who has been shut away for pretty much their entire life and does not know what the word mortal means, let us help you out. The word mortal means that you will eventually die. your life will meet it's end when the fates come together. again meaning, you will not live forever. You can leave that to the immortals. A better known term for mortals is human. It's far more commonly used today that it was centuries ago. If anyone went around calling someone mortal today more than likely people would just look that them like they were insane.

Some are clueless about the supernaturals, some aren’t. But they’re still bound by the same spell. Those that know, live in tandem. They’re the heart and soul either way and things are driven to keep them safe (at least some of them).

Hello, Followers! We’re happy to grace your feed. Not only with some brilliantly good news, but also with probably the cutest gif of a baby I’ve ever seen.

So, what’s our big announcement you ask? That’s pretty easy. As we near close to our soft opening - we’ve decided to start giving a few teaser posts. We’ll also be revealing a more detailed plot. So over the next few weeks, every couple days we’ll be releasing a member group with race teases in them. We’ll also be releasing teasers to things on our site as well such as the app, the skin itself, and even the mini profile and a couple other templates.

We’ll also be adding to our FAQ and taking early submissions for sister sites which have a similar theme and setting as ours, as well as affiliates - both for the site itself and for our tumblr. Frankly, we’re all pretty gosh darn excited about this, so hold onto your seats folks, you’re in for a pretty awesome ride!

Hey! Lovely concept so far~ I was just curious about what species you are planning on having on the site and whether or not the general human populace knows about the supernatural ^.^

Thank you! It’s Adra’s head-canon based on a few things with a lot of help from Emma and Ana too. So we’re excited to hear people like the idea! Well, that’s a bit of a secret as of yet! However, we are offering some sneak peaks very soon. But we’ll give you some hints as a present for being our very first anon!

We’ve got nine upcoming member groups with some pretty nifty races under each member group. While it’s a bit ‘limited’ we will be more than willing to contemplate some other races if our members bring us the information!As for the second part of your question, I’ll definitely divulge that it’s sort of 50/50. Ok, so my statistics might be a bit off, but it’s sort of that whole there are humans who are completely clueless, those that are clueless and wish they were real and will be in for either a cruel or interesting wake-up call finding out their dentist is ‘fill in the blank’, and those who absolutely know because they’re affiliated with the supernaturals.

opening date? who are the staff?

All the information to answer your questions are on the blog. But to make it easier, we do not currently have an opening date. We have hops for sometimes this weekend. As for the staff it’s currently myself, Emma, Adra, and Ana. Though we may soon be looking for more help.
