18th! Now today’s lookbook is all about warmth. I’m off out for some birthday drinks and wanted to radiate some Christmas colours so I’m all in golds, oranges and browns…ok maybe more autumn colours haha.

Even my makeup is golden inspired 😁 Got my IOD, cardi, bag, the mini bauble you’ll recognise from my last lookbook & optional matching hamster ;) Sadly I have no matching shoes but hey you can’t win them all!

Day 11!

Lily again! Apologies for the quality of the picture but hey, I hope the outfit talks for itself! For me this was a dinner with the family outfit but it could easily be worn as a quirky office style! Today’s advent means I get to show you one of the many ways I style my all time favourite BM piece - The Blue Galaxy Vs Bone Machine IOD. I absolutely adore the bone machine print and I personally find the princess cut of the dresses the most flattering for my hourglass shape whilst hiding my tum. For both extra warmth and cleavage coverage (because society thinks boobs are bad sometimes), I have layered up with the Burned Diamond 3/4 crop, which also helps separate the print. I always size up in the velvet pieces and cop tops as I find they have less stretch and larger busts may struggle, so this is an XL. 

My loyal waist belt sucks in at the waist whilst Sporty Stripes and Platranes sass up everything!

On the 10th day of Christmas the XL Babes gave to me! An Xmas office loooook 🎵 So, for starters I’m going to apologise for the terrible quality of these photos but I only had time today to quickly snap a photo on my phone just after my major presentation. Now that’s out of the way hopefully I can be back! (: Want to rock BM to the office but still want to look professional and be warm? Well TA-DAAAAA! This is some pretty simple styling that left me feeling pretty professional in my look. I’m wearing my matte skater, my fleecy tights again, my statement necklace you’ll recognise from advent day 1, boots and this sheer top I got from new look maybe a year ago. Now the top is naturally longer and loose at the bottom like a tent top. I didn’t like how it looked with the dress as it made me look bigger paired with the dress. So I twisted a bit of the fabric in the middle, secured it with a hair tie and tucked it up underneath. These are the boots I would’ve LIKED to wear, quite professional looking wedges. However there was no way I could stand for a 45 minute presentation in wedges personally. I teamed this look with my regular denim jacket and I also had my long warm winter coat with me. Perfect. That’s all from me today! Now we won’t be blogging on Christmas Eve/Day. We’ll have scheduled posts go up so they will be there but we won’t be sharing them everywhere.
