Happy birthday, Richard Nixon!
To celebrate his birthday, we would like to share with you this famous photograph of President Nixon and Elvis Presley in the Oval Office. Elvis was visiting on December 21, 1970, to bring awareness to the war on illegal drugs. He also ended up getting a Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs (BNDD) badge from this visit.
We are also sharing two images from President Nixon’s visit to Point Mugu, California.
