32. A long gash across their back

A case gone COMPLETELY BAD, a hostile fae had managed to get the best of her. As good as Bo is at her job and taking care of fae problems when people need her help, she’s not invincable. 

Crimson blood stains the fabric around the wound, a large tear in the black clothing on her back. It’s one long gash that looks like it could have come from a sword. It hurts to move but she has to, she has to keep going - she needs help.

Lauren. Lauren can help her. She hates having to take Chi from her to heal but it’s the best way for to heal and if this isn’t healed soon, she’s going to pass out. By the time she gets to Lauren, she feels weak - DIZZY - and can barely stand.

A wave of diziness hits her and her body slumps against a wall to keep herself up, but finally her eyes are on Lauren. “.....Lauren....” Desperation in her weak voice, a silent plea of ‘help me’.

“I’m alright.” Bo begins, though she’s sure she looks like a mess. Her face is all bloody, she has a split lip, and her clothes are stained with blood. Both hers and the fae she had come across.

She could use some Chi to heal herself and the girl in front of her would be perfect for it. One little touch and the woman would be all hers, willing to give her the chi she needs to heal but the wound doesn’t call for desperate measures like that. She can heal just fine on her own.

Bo’s gaze softens towards the woman when she speaks of not wanting to be alone. If there is one thing Bo can understand, it is lonliness. Before learning about the fae and who she truly is, she had always been lonely. Now? She’s got family and friends and she hopes Wanda isn’t so lonely when she’s with her.

“I’m not going anywhere.”

Eyebrow arches in curiosity at her words. New sexy pants? Well, she’s got plenty of those, maybe she can lend Renfri some. It wouldn’t be hard for Bo to get more. A touch of hand here, a touch of hand there and she has men and women both falling at her feet and scrambling to get her whatever she wants. “Before I lend you one of me, I gotta ask, what happened to your old sexy pants?”

HURT/COMFORT STARTERS

Ah, shit, that hurts! Fingers brush against the bleeding wound at her side. Nothing that can’t be bandaged up and fixed up until she can get to someone she can seduce and use for their chi. She won’t ask Dyson for help - no, not when it’s not life-threatening. She’ll be fine on her own.

But thinking she’ll be fine on her own is what got her in this mess to begin with, isn’t it? He says as much. “I was on a bit of a time crunch, Dyson. Besides, I’m fine. Nothing I haven’t had before.”

HURT/COMFORT STARTERS

A small smile plays on the succubus’ lips. It’s not easy being who she is, refusing to choose a side between light and dark, having these constant urges and on top of it all, being a PI. Some cases are more frustrating than others, some of them end in severe injuries. She’s still recovering from the last case, still in a bit of pain, but nothing that she needs someone Chi for. 

And Lauren. Sweet Lauren. She’s always here for her, isn’t she? In this moment, Bo feels extremely lucky. “I appreciate the sentiment but....where is this coming from?”
