QuestionS, if you could please give an insight to what you think. How many seasons do you think we will get? Rollin said 10 but if they continue 2 years break this isn’t gonna work, people get sick and bored waiting this long and the story gets lost. If things don’t become more interesting for Jacob as Louis, do you think there is a big change he will leave the show sense he doesn’t sign several years of contracts and how do you think the show will do with another Louis, in that case?

I don’t believe we will get more than five (total) seasons, that’s 10 years! I remember that the young lady who played Buffy Summers, by the time she got to year 6-7 she looked like she was gonna murder somebody. 😅 
The amount of time in between seasons does do something positive for our leads— it gives them ample time to do other projects and to engage with their loved ones. I think that is the thing that actually might save it.
Now that the show has killed off David Talbot, and there’s a new show, Night Island under consideration, I think there will be plenty of opportunities for the actors to still stay attached to IWTVL and keep it interesting for a bit.
I believe Jacob has set himself up to ensure Louis’ contributions are meaningful… but that doesn’t mean he will be equally present every season. That said, I sincerely believe that if Sam or Jacob becomes disinterested in continuing, the other won’t wish to work with another actor and will exit as well. My take on this is not just about their friendship, but about the chemistry that we all know that Loustat has and the investment both actors have cultivated from the fans.
