Here’s a sneak peek of a cocktail that we came up with while reviewing Orleans Herbal Apertif Cider. . . We call this the Big A Tartini which is made with 1.5 oz A Apple Eau De Vie, .5 oz Orleans, .5 oz simple syrup, and .5 oz lemon juice. Shaken with ice. Poured into a martini glass. All that’s missing is a better garnish. Grilled apple slice with brown sugar and cinnamon perhaps? . .
