“Wisamo” Project!
The wing sail mobility (WISAMO) project is an automated, telescopic, inflatable wing sail system that can be fitted on both merchant ships and pleasure crafts.
The inflatable wing sail harnesses the wind, a free, universal and inexhaustible source propulsion.
Its revolutionary design enables a ship to reduce its fuel consumption and thereby have a positive impact on the environment by lowering CO2 emissions.
The WISAMO design will be fitted on a merchant ship in 2022 and Michelin expects it to go into production following completion of the trial phase.

‘L’invisible’ (The Invisible), 2021 by Julien Berthier,
L’invisible is an artificial rock that can be driven and moved around. It modestly intrudes the environment of Marseille’s creeks and softly modifies it’s landscape. The invisible navigates between the decor, the enhanced reality, the leisure object, the survivalist anguish and the ecological stakes.

“Segundo Sol”
The transparent hull made of microalgae-based biopolymer mimics the water, almost invisible. It looks and is part of the sea, like its waves and sea creatures. It allows an experience of unity between the sailor and the sea, a bond that develops into care.
The iconic round sail stays in the sky like another sun. Internal structure and fabric is made with plastic taken from the oceans: what once polluted it, now helps in its awareness and preservation. Functionally inspired by famous America’s Cup sailboats and circular winged aircrafts, the avant-garde wing-shaped sail turns and curves to increase or decrease thrust.
An iconic sailboat developed with the hope to bring more light and boldness to design a more conscious future.
