This strutting fox lady was part of some animations done by furry artist Bob Hershey, with one of her most prominent animations being one done in 1998 (which I'll share a link to below, though unfortunately I could only find a re-upload)
I can't find much info on her, but she seems to be a calm and flirty vixen, very self-confident. Also she likes chocolate ice cream.
