A reunited kiss with Lilia and also congratulation on your followers! Keep up the good work and take care of yourself♡
Thank you <3 And thank you for all the love you give my posts I deeply appreciate it~
Ever since you were young you had recurring dreams about the same boy. A young male with black and pink hair, pointed ears, and little fangs. In the beginning you feared him, thinking he was some sort of dream devil sent to cause you trouble while you were supposed to be resting.
“Why does your gaze hold fear?” He asked, staring you down from his perch. “There is no need for that. This world is your domain, you have all the power here.”
“If this is my world, then why are you here? I don’t know you...” You asked, taking a few steps closer giving in to your curiosity.
“Perhaps not yet, but in time. We all start out as strangers do we not?” Lilia disappeared before you as the background faded and you woke up back in your reality.
The next night you dreamed of him again. And the night after and on and on. He was always there; sometimes he would talk to you other times just observe. It wasn’t until one night after a very bad day that something drastic happened. You felt your body become weightless, raising into the air. You flipped upside down, unsure of how to control yourself in this non-gravity state, and were soon greeted with Lilia upside down in front of you with a small smile. He didn’t say anything, he simply reached out and took your hand and pulled you into a dance. While resistant and a bit shaky at first, as the two of you spun through the air you forget your cares and your fears. He smiled able to sense your joy returning to you. “This is a world full of wondrous things, do not let the outside world bring you down.” Lilia placed a gentle kiss on your hand and your magical world faded bringing you back to reality.
From then on you never feared him, spending your nights trying to grow closer to him, getting to know each other. As the years went on you found yourself in love with him. You never said anything to him and somehow you knew he was aware. He had always been able to pick up on your emotions and feelings, so this one was probably obvious to him. However your joy was only able to show around him. When you tried to talk about it with others they only laughed, making fun of you for falling in love with a figment of your imagination. Dreams weren’t real so neither was your love. They were wrong though, they had to be.
“Are you real?” You asked, resting in Lilia’s arms. “I have answered that question many times and my answer is still the same.” “Then why are you only with me here? Why can’t we be together in the real world?” Your heart ached. You knew you could trust him and yet you still wanted proof. He sighed, knowing you would ask this question someday, “My dear lamb, reality is much more difficult to work through, here I have you and that is all I need.” “But-” You protested but fell silent considering you had no real argument. He gave you a soft kiss on the forehead. “Perhaps someday, dear lamb. If it is truly what you wish.”
It was your last month of summer before you were about to start school, you were excited to spend time with Lilia since your studies would likely keep you from sleeping, but he was not in your dream that night. No big deal, he had misses a night or two before. Except the next night you were still alone. And the night after that and so on. You were confused and distraught. Was it your fault? If it was your dream would why couldn’t you bring him back? Did something change in your dreams to keep him from you? Yes that had to be it, he wouldn’t abandon you like that after all. You were in love he wouldn’t choose to not see you right? You tried everything to get back to him in your dreams, even a light sleeping potion to try and get back to him. Nothing worked, and so you started the new school year sent off to a new place, feeling alone.
After the opening ceremony had finished you were given free time, but you didn’t feel like doing anything. You didn’t have any friends or have the energy to make any, so you just wandered around trying to find something interesting. “Why do you look so sad, dear lamb? Have you lost something?” That voice. That nickname. It couldn’t be? Had you fallen asleep? Were you dead? You turned around to see Lilia in reality waiting with his hand extended towards you, as if asking for a dance like he did once upon a dream. “It’s you. You’re real!” You completely ignored his hand and latched yourself onto him, wasting no time in meeting your lips with his. Lilia smiled into the kiss, amused at your darling reaction. He leaned in letting you have as many kisses as you wanted returning each one with just as much passion. “I missed you. You should have warned me.” You pouted, holding his hand. Your joy restored now that he was with you again, and in reality no less. “Then it wouldn’t have been a surprise, and where is the fun in that?” Lilia chuckled giving you another longing kiss.
