During Spring Break, my friends and I got an exclusive interview with the artist Bob Benson. His artwork is at the American Visionary Art Museum and he is well known for working with mirrors and the fart machine at the museum. We got an exclusive look at his studio (his house) as well as a tour of his most private installation: a shack out the back with its inside completely covered with dangling mirrors, neon lights, and large panes of glass. He gave us an in-depth discussion of how his art works and his technique. It was great meeting him and taking a one of a kind tour! Bonus, he gave each of us an original piece of art!
