Yes it really does. Especially because this job happens to be one short bus ride away from my apartment, so I can actually get to it. What are the chances that I’m going to be able to find another job that I can get the bus to? I don’t have a car or a drivers license. And I cannot afford to buy a car. That is going to put a lot of employers off and cost me job opportunities.
And besides, job opportunities for creative writing degree-holders in this economy?? Yeah okay WHERE? Because I know of a grand total of none. And I have no idea how to go about looking for one. So.
