what are some of your fave trivia about jon? nothing big or anything but random facts like him learning how to play chess in -10 mins and proving skilled at it (soke annual) or him liking learning new languages (the dc book of pride)

Hmm, this is a fun question. The first thing that comes to mind is that he doesn't really swear. He censors himself even in his own mind. Which I'm sure he's never considered to unpack.

He made this merch himself, I'm sure, because who else would be making it.

He "came up with" a game that seems to be essentially keeping a balloon in the air but instead of a balloon you have a pine cone and instead of your body you use your superbreath to keep it up. It's called Coneyball. His family (Clark, the twins and him) still play it.

pregnant people already sometimes crave inedible things like sand, so since nothing's really inedible for jon, i do imagine his diet is a fucking nightmare for everyone around him in this time

Three (technically five) questions for your Steph Keeps The Kid AU (that I absolutely love btw!)

1: Does Allie ever stay overnight at the Drake’s house after Tim introduces Jack and Dana to the Browns? Do Dana and Jack dote over Allie? Does Allie see Dana as one of her grandmas?

2: How involved is Dean in Allie’s life and when and how did they first meet?

3: What was Tim’s relationship with Allie like before he revealed his identity to Steph?

1. Allie stays over at the Drakes' occasionally, especially as she gets older. It takes them a bit to warm up to the thought and reality that their 15-year-old essentially brought home a baby but by the time Allie starts actually calling Tim "dad" about four years in, they've grown very attached, lol. And Allie definitely views Dana as a grandma, though I think there's some back and forth on if she actually calls her "grandma". Sometimes it's grandma, sometimes it's Dana, sometimes it's grandma Dana, whatever feels right at the moment.

2. Dean is barely involved in Allie's life at all. He reaches out when she's 15, 16 and he's gotten his act together for the most part but she's not very interested in him. He's a stranger to her and they don't have much in common when they do sit down to talk some. It's nice to get updated medical history and learn about her half-siblings but after their first meeting she has more contact with the kids than she ever does with him until the youngest one's born because he's much more involved in her life. Look at all those half-siblings I decided to give her just to make her life more difficult.

3. Tim reveals his identity to Steph when Allie was very, very small, like only a couple of weeks old, in this AU, so they never really had a relationship without that. He's not very involved yet at that point, because Steph's settling in at home while he's moving back to Gotham and smoothing things over with Jack and Dana for skipping town.

Hi! I just came across your Jon reading list (amazing btw) and was wondering if maybe you could help me? I'm looking for the comics where Jon starts traveling with Jor-El, before the whole age-up happens. I remember one specific panel where Jon´s looking out the window of the ship with a sad expresion (? I'm going crazy trying to find it;;;;;

Jon travelling with Jor-El and the age-up are sort of a two-in-one thing. We don't see him travel with his grandpa before he comes back, he comes back and then recounts some of their time travelling. The comics the travels and age-up happen in are:

The Man of Steel (2018) for lead up, they finally leave in #6

Superman (2018) #6 for his first appearance as a teenager

Superman (2018) #7-12, Supergirl (2016) #31-32, Superman (2018) #14-15 and Supergirl (2016) #33 for the House of El part of the Unity Saga

Superman (2018) #7-10 specifically for Jon's story of what happened to him in space

If you do requests, I was wondering if you could draw Steph and Allie during her Batgirl era, where Tim and her are in their (not necessarily permanent) angsty, broken-up "we have history" era and about how that affects Allie.

Okay, it's been seven hundred years since you sent this ask and this isn't all I wanted to draw for this, BUT. In the spirit of not letting you wait any longer: Tim saying goodbye before setting out to search for Bruce. He's a little more stable in this AU, ... possibly because his dad's still alive (that changes depending on my whims), possibly because he's forcing himself to be more communicative for Allie's sake.

Either way, things do get sorta weird between Steph and him the longer he's gone because he's pretty consumed by his mission and when they meet again, it's like "You haven't called in almost a month" and he goes "I've been thinking maybe it's better that way ..." and they get into a very heated argument about it that doesn't get properly resolved for a while but he does call to talk to Allie a few days later, so at least there's that.

I'm not sure they ever fully properly break up in this. It's more Tim pulling away and Steph having to much on her plate to pull him back in and so they have a rough patch and don't talk as much as either of them want to but they're never officially not together. Sort of like when Bruce revealed Tim's identity to Steph ... which also happens differently in this AU but that's another story.

Allie, in this era, of course greatly misses Tim and asks for him constantly but she gets occasionally distracted by Damian, who Steph decides to drag along to just about every outing they have so he gets to be a kid ... I think her and Dick might be closer in this AU, too, just by virtue of Tim being so close to Dick and much more intertwined with Steph. Either way, the kid is very, VERY happy when Tim gets back home permanently and does not let go off his hand for, idk, at least a day. Longer if she didn't need sleep.

Also, Allie is a BIG fan of Cass!Batgirl and absolutely not interested in the blonde impostor running around Gotham now, which is a major blow to Steph's ego and very amusing for everybody else.

What's wrong with kon's solo?

It's very racist and Kon gets preyed on by multiple older women with this never properly being challenged as wrong. I still like Kon. There are some good bits here and there. But if you decide to read it, you should go into it knowing that it will likely upset you at times. Personally, I have to take a break from reading it after every arc or so.
