#bobble stitch

Not my usual kind of post but look! Here’s my current crochet project (and reference)!

The alpha pattern is 25x37

But because I’m doing bobble stitches, the pattern is doubled, making it 50x74!

To start this I did a foundation chain of 50, turned my work, and got started on my first row of single crochets.

After that, I did a single crochet into the first stitch, then started on the bobbles which represent each pixel.

I’m currently on row 31, and I’m at 1,550 stiches! Once I finish it, I’ll have crocheted 3,700 stitches on this tapestry alone!

I’d also like to add, this is my first tapestry piece that I’ve committed to and I fear it is to become my gateway to many more.
