Here's a baseball related question as I'm here with my dear friend Paul at the remarkable Yogi Berra Museum in NJ. When a baseball ⚾️ team such as the Yankees win the World Series the players, managers and coaches get a percentage of the gate and are awarded World Series rings. I was wonder if behind the scenes people like team trainers like Gene Monihan who spent 50 years with the team and camera crews and all others behind the scenes are rewarded and receive a ring for the World Series ring as well? I believe a Gene Monihan would definitely be deserving of such a reward because he's just as much a part of the team and the longevity as well as Bob Sheppard, the PA announcer who spent his lifetime essentially with the Yankees as public announcer for 56 years over 4,500 games living until 99 years old, 3 months shy of his 100th birthday. #worldseriesring #yogiberra #genemonihan #bobsheppard #teamtrainer #catcher #publicannouncer (at Yogi Berra Stadium)
